Client Executive – Remote

Are you able to build trusted relationships with clients while building their accounts strategically? Do you want to leverage your experience selling business services to the Insurance Sector with a growing, global company?

ReSource Pro is looking for a  Client Executive  to join our Business Development team and drive growth by building loyal client relationships. This role is expected to engage clients strategically, increase client satisfaction, and ultimately grow ReSource Pro’s partnership with clients. This individual will lead client account planning and ensure client needs are consistently met. Successful candidates will understand the external drivers, business objectives and unique operational challenges of insurance companies in order to develop comprehensive solutions to address their needs. Proposed solutions may include integrated components of ReSource Pro's productivity platform, including Business Process Management, Operations Consulting, Data Analytics, and Talent Development. 

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental United States – our goal is to be where our clients are. A significant portion of time (50-60%) will be spent traveling.

The Role:

  • Directs strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within assigned accounts
  • Develops and maintains trusted partner relationships with clients to understand client’s unique business goals and activities
  • Proactively introduces solutions and ideas to clients to help them improve business performance
  • Manages sales lifecycle and effectively communicates the business and financial cases to successfully close sales
  • Serves as the primary point of contact to address client needs
  • Ensures client satisfaction and retention by strategically managing the client relationship
  • Prospects and manages C-level and senior level relationships
  • Develops and conducts presentations with contract decision makers
  • Achieves annuals sales quotas and retention targets aligned to specific accounts
  • Leverages knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Stays current with industry trends and develops strategic relationships with industry influencers to leverage partnerships and identify business development opportunities
  • Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO)
  • 10+ years insurance industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations
  • Insurance designations preferred
  • Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships
  • Natural curiosity to learn more and dig into client challenges
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
