Attorney - Tax Relief (Remote)

This is a high case volume, strictly phone negotiation type of work. The right individual would be willing to learn a new industry and take risks! We want someone who is not afraid to push back against the IRS for their clients. You will gain experience in :+ Filing Offer in Compromises (OIC)+ Partial Pay Agreements (PPIA)+ Removing Bank and Wage Levies+ Lien Withdrawals ... and many more collection practices. Duties: + Communicate with case managers/assistants+ Prioritize and manage case load+ Review financial documents to determine the best resolution for clients.+ Communicate with the IRS/State agencies.+ Release levies on bank accounts and wages.+ Negotiate installment agreements, partial pay, offer in compromise etc.+ Finalize resolutions and close out cases daily. Qualifications: + Bar in good Standing. + Ability to crush.+ Strong written and verbal skills.+ Ability to Multi-task and prioritize deadlines.+ Thrive in a fast paced environment.+ Pretty darn analytical.+ No tax experience required.
