Establish and maintain productive and respectful relationships with the delivery team, practice management, and client management team.You will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives, deliver timely engagements, and work closely with Practice Directors, Practice Managers, and Technical Managers to drive training and education, career development, performance development, and collaboration across the team.In line with Optiv's commitment to quality, you will confirm that work is of the highest quality as per our quality standards, by reviewing the work provided by other members.How you will make an impact:Identify and evaluate security gaps and help create security project plansAnticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes and organizationsParticipate in various design and architecture discussions with federation partners and application teamsDemonstrate thorough understanding of various federation standards and help clients with their federation use casesModify and update the user experience based on project requirementsWork with clients to develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, architectures, and implementation plansInstall, configure, and implement IAM products and security risk mitigationDesign and develop access management policies and workflowsComfortably deliver solo-based work or act as "point" for complex projectsAct as technical escalation point to assist other consultantsLead in capacity planning and HW specification recommendation effortsLead in all technology deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and third-party system integrationLead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering effortsDesign, implement and educate on specific technology build processes, code migration, and source control useEffectively provide knowledge transfer and post-production support activities as necessaryMentor less-experienced ConsultantsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and/or participating in professional associations such as ISSAObtain and maintain top tier vendor certificationConsistently complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reportingAct as contributor in Optiv communities for solutions of focusQualifications for success:Okta Professional and Administrator certifications are required; Okta Consultant and/or Okta Developer certification is highly preferredFamiliar with one or more Identity & Access Management products, which may including Okta, PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, or something relatedTechnical experience in designing and developing access management and single-sign on flows and adapters for logonUnderstanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, and Directory Services conceptsA year or more of experience with software development and implementation of one or more Access management and federation products such as Okta, PingFederate, and PingAccess.Experience must include minimum of one year in several of the following:Managing Okta and/or Ping solution deployments through the complete system development lifecycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing IAM software products using Application Development Framework (ADF), and testing (unit, system integration, performance and UAT testing)Software development and implementation of one or more Access management and federation products such as Okta, PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, or equivalent solutionsUtilizing methodologies, including Object Oriented Analysis, Design, and Development (OOAD), Unified Modeling Language (UML) and software development lifecycleInstallation of connectors and adapters to integrate Active Directory, RDBMS, SAAS applications and various on-prem applicationsDevelopment of custom Adapters based on outlined customer requirements and use casesImplementing automated provisioning of end-point by using custom provisioning flows, SCIM or JIT capabilitiesDeveloping presentations to senior client contactsStrong oral and written communications skills.Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilitiesAbility to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others; to work in a team environmentBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.Willingness and ability to travel as required.
