This position manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts. Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts.

This position builds relationships with external PMB/Health plan clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.

This position represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs. This function includes employees who are in dedicated service roles. Jobs in this function may work closely with sales on renewals and upselling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of client management experience
  • Experience in client facing position roles with common contact with owner and C-Level client representatives
  • Ability to support of FMS marquee account
  • Solid working knowledge of PBM
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Commercial, Medicare Part D, Health Exchange and Medicaid
  • Project management expertise managing multiple projects
  • Developing and creating project plans
  • Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Master's degree
  • Finance and accounting experience within the account management space

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
