Insight Global is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition for one of our top clients in the iGaming space - one of the most popular online sportsbooks in the country!



Responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy for aggressive expansion plans.

Effectively partner with key stakeholders, including Sr. Leadership to understand the talent landscape and internal capabilities.

Seek out recruiting trends and understanding the competitive landscape; Address and/or create opportunities were necessary.

Providing thought leadership and guidance on technology, tools and resources utilized to create a simple and intuitive candidate/hiring leader experience; Ensure that recruiting tools are effective, optimized and widely adopted.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS degree and 10+ years of recent and relevant experience

3+ years of leading a Talent Acquisition team

Experience delivering excellent results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
