Job Description

The Regional Trainer is responsible for building & maintaining relationships, motivating, and training call center employees. You will be responsible for working with the account team on relationship building, promotions, training, and sales. The ideal candidate must be results-orientated and be able to work well in remote, cross-functional teams as a leader or member. This person must be hands-on with attention to detail, have exceptional written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to work independently full-time, flexible hours Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and night work possible. Ability to travel within and outside territory when needed (approximately 80-85% travel when able).

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Required: Ability to travel within and outside territory – domestically and internationally - when needed (approximately 80-85%)
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience in experiential marketing, training, or events (call center experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing individual who can motivate a team to top performance
  • Able to improvise in unique situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of creative, educational and training techniques
  • Ability to remain flexible with job responsibilities as business needs change
  • Technologically savvy
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends, with flexible work schedule
