The Marketing Consultant, under the direction of the Senior Manager of Marketing, and in collaboration with the CVS Kidney Care content team, will be responsible for the coordination of all marketing campaigns and activities to support CVS Kidney Care business goals and objectives. Your duties will include but are not limited to coordinating tradeshow and event tactics, processing payments and supporting the PO process, oversight of reviews and approvals, actively participating in strategy and planning sessions for health awareness campaigns, member/patient communications, social media and paid advertising campaigns, CRM and sponsorships. You will serve as a contributing member within the newly realigned team focusing on the user experience which includes patients, members, consumers, dialysis providers, nephrologists, and payors.
Your ability to seamlessly partner with colleagues across the content and marketing team as well as non-profit organizations, external partners and agencies, and additional CVS Kidney Care colleagues working on multiple lines of business is critical to success in this position.
Operating in an entrepreneurial environment – flexibility and comfort in ambiguity will be a must to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 1 year of experience with social media and online best practices, including SEO, user experience (UX) design and web traffic metrics
- 1 year of experience with project management including content and campaign planning software
