SAP ERP Manager London £70k + 20% bonus Remote

We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated ERP Manager with a SAP background. The SAP ERP Manager should have management experience in a consulting firm &/or support organisation (preferably both) and in managing a third-party service provider. The SAP ERP Manager should be flexible, self-starting and willing to be hands on.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The ERP Manager's key responsibility is to ensure SAP systems continue to meet business requirements and support day-to-day operations (service incidents & general internal maintenance), manage any changes to the systems driven by new requirements (service requests), support wider Merger & Acquisition programmes (projects). The role will be based in the London office although will be supporting various European offices.

Tasks and scope of work:

Management:

• Supervision of direct reports

• Department budget owner

• Single point of contact for SAP Audits

• Board level (CFO) engagement

• ERP strategy planning and execution

• Vison for Change

• Relationship management with host provider

• Lead key user meetings and co-ordinate activity and direction of these sessions

• Facilitate or participate in projects (eg M&A)

System Optimisation (ERP Focused):

• Security, Governance and Authorisations

• SAP middleware or workflow

• SAP Configuration

• Custom Development

• Coordinate patch, maintenance and DR with 3rd party provider

Business Optimisation

• SAP Data Warehouse (Azure) and Reporting (Power BI)

• Automation with transformation (PowerApps and Power Automate)

• 3rd Party Connectors to SAP (Theobald)
