REMOTE Retail Principal Software Architect

Our client is looking for a remote Principal Architect to join their team. This Principal will be supporting the Pricing group, supporting all systems that send prices to stores. This team covers pricing including promotions, BOGO, discounts, coupons, etc. on the website and in all retail stores. The pricing system is custom, but background in pricing and retail is strongly preferred. This person needs to understand performance tuning on a large enterprise system within oracle. This person will oversee onshore and offshore teams (primarily PL/SQL developers), help with design, assist with code review, and implement new technology.
