JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties. The incumbent completes daily tasks in addition to providing customer service.
The incumbent will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through the coordination of interviews, background screening and a welcoming and seamless onboarding process. This individual will manage candidates through the recruitment experience and in some instances, will be the primary point of contact for Inpatient Nursing applicants.
