Responsibilities

The Treasury Wires Analyst is responsible for financial planning and analysis to forecast budgets and financial status. Researches economic trends and investment opportunities. Determine procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

What you’ll do: 

  • Create and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Access and Excel, for internal and external use.
  • Analyze results to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and/or process bank transfer requests, including wire, book transfer and account transfers.
  • Process stop payment requests and other check related research.
  • Prepare and/or process request to open and close back accounts.
  • Assist in the management of access to bank websites.

  • Qualifications

    What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Treasury, Finance, and Accounting experience preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Advanced Excel and Access database skills required.
