Job Details

  • Excellent customer service (chat, email, and phone).
  • Schedule bookings for air, car, and hotels.
  • Take inbound calls to cancel or change bookings.
  • Assist customers with placing orders for gift cards, merchandise, and Apple products
  • Troubleshoot issues for existing orders not delivered, arrived damaged, etc.
  • Monitor issues through completion
  • Assist customers with self-booking online
  • Provide assistance to customers for general banking and rewards inquiries
  • Report issues, complaints, site production issues, made by customers.

Shifts start between 10am and 12pm, Must work Saturday or Sunday

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to adhere to procedural guidelines
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Tact, courtesy and social sensitivity
