Position: Medical Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote *Raleigh & Surrounding Cities Only*

Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay & full benefits

Training: Paid Training From the comfort of your own home!

Shift: Must be available Monday through Friday to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm

Position Details:

  • Handle high volume inbound phone calls from patients, and providers
  • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller


Job Requirements

  • Previous call center experience is a plus but NOT a must
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High speed internet and the ability to work from home in a quiet environment.
