The Sr. Human Capital Partner will help shape and execute Human Capital strategies, creating a wealth of opportunity for an experienced human capital strategic partner to contribute across a broad range of priorities for growth businesses, including business transformation, culture building, workforce strategy, organization effectiveness, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent, leadership coaching, and employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Coaching, development, and sponsorship of a high impact Human Capital team
  • Consulting & Coaching: Lead as strategic partner and executive coach to senior leaders
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Drive business transformation to impact results through expert use of diagnostics, tools, and techniques. Examples including organization design, change enablement and leadership, workforce planning, and coaching
  • Data and Analytics: Proactively design, develop, and deploy solutions through on-going data analysis to recommend actions aligned with business strategies
  • Talent: Drive business talent strategy and plans by applying talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to progressive outcomes
  • Culture and Employee Experience: Leverage a deep understanding of culture, diversity and the drivers impacting a positive employee experience to create and maintain a positive, rewarding, and inclusive environment for all employees
  • Business Fluency: Articulate the short and long term strategies for the assigned business; demonstrate an understanding of customers, internal and external factors, and business operations including drivers of costs and consumer experience
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Integrate, align, and embed the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in all aspects of work

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Behavioral Science or related field or demonstrated equivalency
  • 10+ years of human capital experience including talent development and leadership of teams
  • Experience successfully leveraging Center of Excellence Human Capital functions, and partnership within a matrixed environment at a large, global, complex organization
  • Significant experience in leading large scale, multi-business segment organizational effectiveness and change management strategies
  • Experienced collaborator with demonstrated success working seamlessly across multiple stakeholders in a highly complex, matrix environment including global and legacy entities not yet integrated into systems and processes
  • Experience developing talent, diversity, culture, and employee experience strategies
  • Demonstrated systems thinking including influencing executives in shaping and implementing long-term business strategies aligned with Human Capital strategies
