We're hiring Senior Business Analyst for a Contract to Hire (Contract to Permanent) role with our Client from Healthcare IT & Research industry. 100% REMOTE
Hired BA will support and document system information requirements using analysis of information in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. To be successful in this role, candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience as well as MDM and Pharma experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Documents the design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
* Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for agency IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfaces
* Documents and evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
* MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
* Must have minimum 10 years of business analysis experience
* Pharma / biotechnology experience is required
* Must have strong commercial pharma and MDM experience
* Datawarehousing, CRM, Snowflake and Azure experience is highly desired
* Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages
* Experience with analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients.
* Experience with authoring or managing the development of software designs and documenting technical recommendations
* Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments Requires practical experience and training
* strong verbal and written documentation skills to gather business requirements.
* Self motivated, able to work independently,
* Strong internal sense of urgency.
