Fully Remote Based - UK Wide
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus + flexible/remote working
An experienced Software Development Lead is required to join a growing development team within a globally recognised organisation. You will be working in a fully remote based team therefore you can be located anywhere across the UK. The Software Development Lead will be leading a team with 4 direct reports whilst remaining hands on working across a wide array of exciting projects across the Microsoft stack. The role will involve managing the team's resource and coordinating workloads to deliver cutting edge software solutions.
The successful Software Development Lead will be working at the forefront of modern technology and have experience leading software development teams. Although you will be leading a remote based team, it is essential that you are still a hands-on developer therefore will be experienced in the majority of the following areas;
Technical Leadership - managing remote software development teams is highly desirable
