We partner with world leaders in health care delivery, research, and technology to create disruptive solutions that serve patients, caregivers, providers, and commercial and government payers.

More equitable, effective, and affordable health care - that's our goal. We aren't just trying to improve the care an individual receives. We're building a future where the health care system works better for everyone.

FUSION requires a unique blend of real-world experience and theory, entrepreneurial zeal, elite production, and boardroom polish. You will work as a member of FUSION s multi-disciplinary team to create market leading offerings and ventures for clients. You are responsible for the design, discovery, and validation of concept experiments. You leverage your strategic, critical, and creative thinking to connect customer-centric experiences with viable business models. You ensure businesses are experience centric.

Once you are here you might:
You come in on Monday morning and find out your new project is leading a 15-person brainstorming session with user experience, engineering, business, and product to define the next steps for a product concept. There are three weeks to prepare and you need to engage with the team to create the journey map, design statement, and personas for the session.

You begin by conducting the primary ethnographic research and interviewing people in person or over the phone. Finding them is the hardest part but you utilize your network inside and outside the company. Next, you contact the team who has been working for months or years in this area and define their goals for the brainstorming session.

After gathering all the material, you create visually stunning artifacts for the session or collaborate with the team to create them. Monday morning, three weeks later, you fly to the client location and help lead the multi-day session. You re at the front of the room leading and at times your planned agenda has to change, but you re confident in the team and your preparation, and strategically navigate the room through problem-solving to the result. You end the session by capturing the work on the whiteboards and sticky notes and produce the desired artifacts so the team can move forward. The team moving forward means directly impacting more than 3 million patients and 16,000 doctors across the nation.
