Our client, , is a top-producing agent in San Francisco. He is looking for a highly-detailed Real Estate Assistant to handle the day-to-day flow of the office. Recognized for a second time by the Wall Street Journal for the #1 sales agent in the city in 2020, Neill wants to continue to grow his business with the help of a talented Admin. He is seeking a long-term assistant and hopes this person will grow from an Admin into an Operations Manager as his business expands.

Your Role

You will support the team at a high level. On any given day, you’ll be expected to maintain impeccable listing coordination for the team, liaising with title, escrow, lenders, and the TC. From creating listing presentations, marketing materials, drafting offers, collecting signatures on various documents, keeping track of invoicing, scheduling photography and staging, running the occasional business errand, maintaining showings, and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will play an integral role in keeping the transaction process running smoothly and providing customers with notoriously impeccable service time and time again.

Real Estate Assistants with prior real estate experience in an Operations, TC, and/or similar role are encouraged to apply. Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales – this is not the job for you.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience serving as an administrator to a busy entrepreneur in a fast-paced environment or assisting a Real Estate Agent, office, or team
  • A real estate license or real estate experience is preferred, not required, for this position but your willingness to learn the ropes quickly is
  • Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master:

  • Microsoft Suite of Services (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Real Estate Software: MLS, Dotloop, Zipforms, DocuSign, Dropbox
  • Adobe InDesign

    Salary: $85,000 plus based on experience, plus an opportunity for a bonus Benefits: Paid Vacation, 401k Hours : Full-time, M-F, flexibility on evenings and weekends required seasonally

    Location : REMOTE due to COVID – San Francisco, CA (Telegraph Hill). You have a dedicated workspace free from distraction, reliable high-speed internet, and live within a 45-minute commute of San Francisco, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance. This role may migrate to in-office post COVID.
