This position will start as Work from Home, but you will return to the office located in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Job Details for Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 10 AM to 6:30 PM
- 10:30 AM to 7 PM
- 11 AM to 7:30 PM
- 11:30 AM to 8 PM
- Must be open and flexible with shifts
- Pay Rate: $16/hr
- Contract to hire
- Training will take place remotely
- Will eventually transition back to working in the office
Job Responsibilities for Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Service Representative will provide first line of support and problem resolution for products and services
- Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Customer Service Representative identifies customer concerns and provides resolution on first contact whenever possible
Job Requirements for Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related experience preferred in high volume call center
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
