We are hiring ambitious and motivated Customer Care Representatives to work on our team focusing on premier HR contact centers. In this role, you will be on the front-line of care, ensuring the customer understands his or her health benefits by helping to navigate the annual enrollment process, qualifying a retirement plan withdrawal, or resolving payroll and other HR-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Must live in the sate of Florida, Georgia or Texas.
  • Must have capabilites to work from home in a comfortable, condusive work enviornment, with interent speed that meets the clients requirements
  • Must have current or prior working experience with pension benefits
  • 2+ years of work experience in handling customer interactions
  • 2+ years of experience handling complex processes, problem solving and applying analytical skills
  • Experience with desktop technology and learning multiple applications
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • ** Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST (Monday- Friday).
