Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 12+ years of overall IT experience 6+ years of experience in FACETS claims processing applications 6+ years of experience in FACETS finance / billing processing applications 4+ years of Project Lead / Technical Lead / Solution Architect / System Analyst background OR 6+ years of relevant development background with the desire to take a Technical Lead role Experience with Agile / Scrum Methodologies Good understanding of end to end claim lifecycle Good understanding of the structure and significance of key / HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc. Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool Good understanding of claims pricing, errors, edits, adjustments & payments Good understanding of Medicaid / Medicare lines of business Skilled with MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint Good understanding of Health plan set up You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe.
