Remote UX Product Designer (SaaS platforms)

SaaS Product Designer - Fully Remote - working as part of a multidiciplinary UK team for a Global Software Company with HQ's in Brighton and Australia - Mid to Senior level up to 70k plus bens.

Key skills: ideally 5 years Saas Product design experience with a portfolio and case studies demonstrating excellence in SaaS product design, experience of working in cross functional and agile SaaS product teams creating innovative UX and UI solutions; comfortable at all levels of design from sketching concepts, designing flows, building protoptypes through to polishing final designs. Knowledge of Adobe creative Suite (illustrator, Adobe XD, InDesign,) Figma or Balsamiq, experience collaborating with users and stakeholders to take the company's SaaS products from concept to launch; experience working with or developing design systems and design documentation.

You will be involved in creating and delivering design solutions that are both technically viable and which deliver value to their global cuatomer base. This company's unique platform is used by millions of people across the globe and you will be working on an award-winning product suite that keeps on evolving. Therefore you will be comfortable at all levels of design from concept (sketching concepts, designing flows, building prototypes) through to polishing final designs.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented Saas Product Designer who is skilled at defining problems and framing design decisions with rationale, data, and research insights to increase the potential for product success. To truly excel in this role you will need to be proactive, approachable, adaptable, and collaborative and an expert who really embraces problems and the challenge of developing effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire the company's teams and customers

• Owning design problems and their solutions from start to finish

• Ensuring the company's designs solve their customer's needs, by involving customers in their design process and always advocating for users within the business

• Iterating, testing, and refining solutions to ensure so the company's end products solve user problems

• Promoting best practice amongst the company

• Encouraging others to develop confidence in, and contribute to, the design process

• Identifying opportunities and helping conduct research, to help the company better understand problems and test solutions

• Always considering accessibility, ensuring the company's solutions not only comply with accessibility guidelines but are truly user-friendly for all.
