We’re seeking an *Inside Sales Representative* to work at a Tooling Manufacturing Company that was founded on the strength of technological breakthroughs and maintains its leadership in the industry in several global locations. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.  *Have questions?* *Click on Quick Apply or Contact Lisa today to discuss this opportunity:* Call/text (630)247-7334  *Job Summary and Mission:*The Inside Sales Rep is a true self starter, who proactively and aggressively pursues market share growth and grows/ maintains customer relationships with new and existing accounts.  This role is responsible for running a territory like a business as an “owner”, closing deals, and solidifying loyal repeat buyers, either by direct/ indirect selling providing a sales service-oriented interface with all outside consultants, users, representatives, prospects, and internal personnel. This position will be work from home anywhere in the United States. *Key Job Responsibilities** Actively pursue new customers/relationships in a defined territory with main goal to increase sales through strategic planning, outbound calling, emailing, and video conference.  Manage the sales process from proposal to close.* Manage and grow existing relationships with customers with relatively low spend (less than $50K).* Transition accounts as needed to/ from field sales – based on annual review of performance.* Determine and create daily activities in collaboration with field sales, to win sales and resource requirements/ risks.* Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to document customer interactions (i.e. calls, emails, tasks & report preparation).* Identify potential untapped markets through cold calling, research, leads.* Gather customer and competitor insights.  Utilize the data to drive sales objectives and/or transition the information to field sales to capture market share.* Drive customer adoption of e-commerce tools through education & marketing campaigns.* Negotiate pricing, agreements, programs.* Collaborate internally with technical experts and team to win new business.* Customer problem solving through effective communication and teamwork with internal & external stakeholders.* In conjunction with application support, engage in technical discussions with potential and current clients through demonstrations and presentations. *Knowledge & Skills:** Excellent organizational, time management and soft skills required * Ability to be creative and think “outside of the box”* Adept at analytics* Excellent interpersonal skills; self-motivated* Competitive and assertive* Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision* Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels, both internal/external* Proficient with Tableau, SAP and CRM software*Typical Education or Equivalent Work Experience:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications Preferred.* 3-5 years professional sales experience required in combination with a bachelor’s degree OR 5-8 years professional sales experience required in combination with associates/ technical degree.* Sales certifications or formal sales training preferred* Proven track record of success in relationship selling*Job Type: Temp to Hire.**40 hours per week**Salary: $40-$50K based on experience.**Click on Quick Apply or Contact Lisa today to discuss this opportunity:* Call/text (630)247-7334   *What happens next?*  Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
