*Job Description*Certified Pharmacy Technician | Case Review/Prior Auth | Work-From-Home-USA**not available in Colorado and/or New MexicoHOURS: M-F (7a-8p, Central Time - flexible 40+ hours per week of operation and availability hours)CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to become a Pharmacy Technician. As a Pharmacy Technician in the Case Review/Prior Authorization Unit you will be responsible to provide processing and communication of cases reviewed for Specialty Guideline Management Programs. Computer system data entry, data management and reporting skills will be necessary to be a successful Pharmacy Technician in the Case Review Unit. You will be able to collaborate with physician office staff as well as customer service, admissions, and pharmacy operations departments to communicate referral disposition. Superb communication and customer skills are needed in order to effectively interact with physician offices and internal partners to ensure the processing of prior authorizations in a timely manner. Flexibility to overtime as the business needs will be required and there is a great career path in the Case Review Unit.
