You will be able to collaborate with physician office staff as well as customer service, admissions, and pharmacy operations departments to communicate referral disposition. Superb communication and customer skills are needed in order to effectively interact with physician offices and internal partners to ensure the processing of prior authorizations in a timely manner. Flexibility to overtime as the business needs will be required and there is a great career path in the Case Review Unit.
