REMOTE ROLE! Pharma agency experience required! Our Senior Content Strategist leads insight and co-creation efforts through live and virtual patient engagement and plays a key role in translating insights into strategies, programs and content across multiple channels (including social media) and multiple formats (eg, video).


In doing so, our Senior Content Strategist demonstrates a deep understanding of the patient experience as well as an ability to tell compelling stories. You will play a key role in capturing the patients voice. This individual is a creative thinker who is dedicated to finding ways to achieve brand objectives while satisfying customer unmet needs and develops an understanding of the disease the patients live with.


SKILLS: gathering research insights; script development; a bonus if you have some clinical trial patient recruitment experience.


We are looking for a pharmaceutical healthcare marketer; someone seasoned, who has hands-on experience developing surveys, conducting in-depth interviews and gathering research insights of patients and HCPs; who has an in-depth understanding of the patients voice (through previous roles) and an understanding of what it is like for the patient who is living with a rare disease.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Senior Content Strategist will be a people leader within our organization, and will be tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Client-facing lead for insight and content co-creation workstreams
  • Considered the "voice of the customer" and demonstrates a strong understanding of our target audiences, their needs and their behaviors
  • Responsible for delivering insight-driven content strategies through the following activities:
  • A champion for program and content recommendations that will optimize the patient experience
  • Leads consumer insight activities including primary research, desk research, and social media listening; develops compelling patient journeys to identify high impact intervention points and unmet needs
  • Conducts patient/caregiver and HCP interviews for insights and video development
  • Develops questionnaires for patient or caregiver; Conduct interviews to gather insights or support development of content
  • Creates video scripts and manages creation of video stories that that provide inspiration and education for patient and caregiver audiences
  • Creates social media editorial calendars, while tracking metrics and monitoring relevant conversations
  • Supports copy team as materials are developed to ensure content remains true to patient/caregiver insights and aligns with brand strategy goals
  • Supports PRM team in patient and caregiver program development of speaker/Ambassador and mentor programs
  • Leads flawless execution of Workgroups (live or virtual) from participant screening to pre-work and moderator deck development; synthesizes findings (i.e. insights about the patient and caregiver journey and recommendations on how to optimize the patient experience)
