Bring your dreams.**Job ID:**R23623 Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist (Open to Remote) (Open)**_Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location._**Compensation Minimum:$ 58,400Compensation Maximum:$ 93,500**Summary:**Talent Acquisition focuses on sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommendations of external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, sales and support staff, as well as agency owner opportunities.This role provides support to our sales division, recruiting for agency owners, agency staff, and corporate sales careers within an assigned territory.**Job Description:****Primary Accountabilities**+ Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process (solutioning, hunting, gathering, meeting, offer/negotiation) for entry to mid-level positions+ Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates+ Coordinate with talent onboarding teams to close and finalize new hire recruitment+ Consult with and manage candidate / client / business team negotiations throughout the recruitment process+ Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced hire talent pipeline+ Develop a program of activities targeted at attracting talent, including recruiting presentations, recruiting events, sponsorships, and other special events+ Represent American Family at recruiting events and through other special projects\#LI-Remote**Travel Requirements**+ This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.**Preferred Knowledge & Skills**+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field+ Success planning & executing large-scale recruiting events and interview days**Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements**+ Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service+ Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience or high-volume recruiting experience+ Ability to handle internal client management, be consultative with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy+ Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands**Additional Job Information:**+ Demonstrated sourcing success for unique or challenging roles a plus.+ Strong consultative skills needed.+ Experience with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) is strongly preferred. Experience with Workday ATS is helpful but not required.+ Experience with a candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques desired.+ Experience with recruitment for sales positions is preferred.+ This position is available for remote work.
