This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Robotics & Automation initiative in the finance organization. The individual will leverage knowledge in multiple applications to automate processes, mentor junior developers, evaluate emerging technology. Work with a team of Business Analysts to automate processes in the Finance domain. Play a key role in successfully architecting and delivering automation solutions. Orchestrate and maintain robotic (Bot) processes and its environments. Develop and manage both Task Bots and Meta Bots. Optimize and automate problematic processes like unsupported reconciliations, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls. Play a key role in reviewing code and mentor the team developing process automation BOTs. Maintain BOT inventory. Establish process to integrate various existing tools with BOTs to expediate process performance. Serve as an architect and quality control. Create policies and procedures to govern the development and deployment of robots. Train and mentor junior developers to code new tasks. Work with other application support teams to integrate processes. Evaluate emerging technology and identify use cases and potential ROI.
