Description:

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.

These reps will complete 30 days of in office training at the office on Rio Salado, then they will be working from home until Envolve determines when to bring back the rest of the department. Candidates must be comfortable working from home temporarily with reliable high speed internet.

They will take inbound calls from members (Centene healthcare members) to answer basic questions and/or transfer them to the appropriate party (50-90 calls/day)

-Responsible for determining the clients issue, offer solutions or providing follow up as needed.

-Will handle a mix of both inbound and outbound calls

Resolve customers billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money and adjusting bills

-Contact customers to respond to their inquires or to notify them of claim investigation and any planned adjustments

-Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments

-Update and keep customer records of interactions and services provided

-Must updated patient database accurately and timely according to department standards
