We are currently searching for a REMOTE BASED Regional Vice President of Revenue Management . The base location for this role is to be determined based on where the ideal candidate is currently located.

Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, the primary responsibilities of this position are analysis of revenue maximization efforts in a identified cluster of PHG hotels and participation on PHG due diligence teams in acquiring additional assets. 

Our Regional Vice President of Revenue Management will also have responsibility for the following:

  • Maintenance of PHG Revenue Management standards in concert with brand requirements through property visitation, specific auditing and measurement of hotel revenue performance against established goals and forecasts
  • Recommending and coordinating pricing and positioning for hotels. 
  • Supply critical analysis on company-wide decisions effecting pricing, occupancy, revenue goals and sales strategies. 
  • On-going assessment of all hotel brands that are flagged by PHG and revenue management practices to further understand demand and adjust strategies.
  • Regular updates and solicitation of feedback to from all SVP and VP of Ops, Managing Directors, General Managers and Regional Directors of Sales and Marketing
  • Will be core of the Revenue Management communication of strategies.
  • Requirements

  • 4 year college degree
  • Five or more years of Hotel Revenue Management a well as due diligence experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Multi-brand work experience in revenue management and sales and marketing area and a member of a senior executive/regional team is highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate has a well-rounded experience base that includes assignments in both line and staff sales and marketing roles.
  • Lodging/hospitality industry experience required with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage large scale initiatives and associated change.
