Sigital is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow Senior Business Process consultant to become a part of our fast-growing professional services business.

●Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow platform and applications.

●Drives process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes. Identifies solutions from a people, process and technology perspective during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders, generating the required outputs to the level required for the subsequent stages of the engagement.

Qualifications

●Expertise and experience with ServiceNow Asset Management, Configuration Management, Project Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, or Performance Analytics products preferred.

●ITIL knowledge with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies required.

●Consultative skills for software service delivery to lead clients to improve their processes and organizational models.

●Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

●Degree, preferably in Information Technology preferred.
