Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home! Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound inquiries related to utility account questions, issues, billing and payments.

* At this time we are NOT able to hire in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont & the Virgin Islands.
* Respond to various customers billing and service related inquiries via telephone and in writing
* Enroll new customers, offering appropriate products and services
* Offer new products and services to existing customers
* Process payments for current or outstanding balances
* Collect outstanding balances and/or negotiate appropriate payment arrangements
* Utilize various Faneuil and client software packages
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction & First Call Resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Computer proficiency including strong Microsoft Office skills and multitasking abilities
* Performance focused and display a flexible attitude
* Excellent call handling skills are required.
* 1 year experience of working within Customer Service environment
* 1 year utility experience preferred Advanced problem solving skills
* Above average analytical ability and mathematical skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
