SummaryThe MiTek Project Services is currently searching for a Customer service driven, self-motivated individual to join the team as a project manager. Current day to day duties would consist of the following:.Job Responsibilities & Requirements• Communicating with clients/builders keeping them up to date on job status• Reviewing floor plans and software files as needed per project• Scheduling project timelines and communicating project details and goals• Finding solutions to situational issues that may arise• Experience Reading and Understanding Architectural Plans• Residential and Multi Family Knowledge• Knowledge of construction science• AutoCAD and Autodesk Architecture knowledge• High Level Revit ExperiencePrior experience with Architectural floor plans as it pertains to single family and multi-family projects. Frame knowledge is a plus with both stick frame and truss layout. Basic knowledge of IRC and IBC codes and building science.Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop or 3DS Max is a high priority with the current client needs that we are experiencing.
