What You Will Be Doing

• Configure new/existing products on current applications
• Authoring and debugging business rules using BRMS
• Maintain spreadsheets that include advanced formulas, data references and VBA code
• Support escalations requiring troubleshooting of applications and products
• Report status/progress to project team members Understand business requirements and translate them to systems solutions
  

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with application configuration, documentation, and support
• Strong mathmatical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to change priorities quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural teamworker
• Ability to create, update, and close tickets Microsoft Excel experience
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and JSON
• Experience on enterprise software design/support for insurance or financial services
• Experience with enterprise Rules Engines
• Software Development Lifecycle and experience with Agile/Scrum
• Working knowledge of programming concepts
