Optum Technology is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to lead architecture design and define cloud migration strategy for UHG's enterprise, large scale OmniChannel contact center platform as a service.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role is critical to define the technical strategy and infrastructure architecture to migrate UHG's enterprise contact center infrastructure to the cloud to support highly scalable and resilient contact center services driven by business and technical requirements
- Act as an advance level collaborator with engineering, development, and operational teams on emerging and next generation contact center cloud technologies

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate technology degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent technology experience
- 12+ years of experience in an architecture or lead technical role
- 8+ years of experience in design and deployment of contact center technologies
- Experience architecting and deployment leveraging cloud services such as Azure/AWS/Google
- Experience with architecting and implementing contact center cloud technologies for high availability, load balancing, and fail-over strategies for large, mission critical system deployments targeting 10,000 seats or more
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Genesys specific contact center technologies and infrastructure
- Experience with OSFI and Kubernetes infrastructure build automation and deployment technologies
- Experienced architecting and designing voice SIP contact center channel solutions and integrations
- Experience planning and evaluating overall system capacities, and assessing system performance and high resiliency

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $130,300 to $250,200.
