Essential duties & responsibilities:
Analytical and soft-spoken Candidate with 15 years of IT experiences in Healthcare & Life Sciences industries, SCM, Manufacturing, and Inventory. Primarily in the areas of data architecture, Enterprise level Analytics product, Solution architecture, technology consulting, advisory, and IT Project Delivery/program management.
• Works closely with Business and IT SMEs of different functional track
• Build and document understanding of business process and data, Map process with data and IT systems (ERP, Master data...etc), Map a data Integration and acquisition plan.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with Business and IT stakeholder
• Layout requirement and specification
• Builds technical Delivery plan, Roadmap, Project charter under Stryker DevOps Leads supervision
• Conducts meeting and Demo with IT and Business Leads for Project Deliverables alignment, milestone alignment , progress update , Risk mitigation plan and technical/functional highlights
Area of Expertise:
• Domain knowledge GQO Operations like Manufacturing, supply chain, Demand planning, Logistics operations will be an advantage
• Focusing on Business Intelligence, and data analytics.
• Expertise in Architecture, Solution Design, Defining Data-Strategies, Architecture, Data modeling, Integration Techniques, Predictive modeling,
• Product Design, Implementing end-to-end DataWarehouse systems, Requirement analysis, Proofs-Of-Concept, Modernization of DW, Real-time Analytics

• Providing feedback and directions for technical design, prototypes/mock-ups, development, testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects within Global data and anaytics.
• Assessing technological risks that could jeopardize the growth and/or operations of the organization; makes recommendations on applications retirement.
• Demonstrating expertise in a variety of the systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Developing and building robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.
• Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
• Reviewing and Governing business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.
Qualifications & experience:
• Bachelor/master's degree in computer science with minimum 10 years of IT experience
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience including collecting requirement, writing specifications, setting priorities and plans to meet business objectives.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Data warehousing and Business intelligence tools and technology with a focus on complex business intelligence and data analytics projects including independent problem solving, effective communication with peers and stakeholders at all levels.?
• Experience of Agile and DevOps method of delivering projects and maintaining product lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills with solid track record of technical delivery and operations.
• Experience of managing complex project of Data Analytics, building and maintaining core data assets and platforms, data engineering & architecture, data mirroring from enterprise real-time data enablement platforms, Analytics platform selection, deployment, and maintenance, advanced analytics capabilities & resources, and data governance policies, retention periods, compliance, etc.
• Critical Thinking: Must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Demonstrated experience in complex project delivery around Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, information management or data warehousing related projects
• Strong understanding of data and analytics tools and technology including open sources
• Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Azure analytics stack including Synapses analytics and PowerBI
• Knowledge of Azure Marketplace tools including open sources for advance analytics
• Certification for Microsoft Azure data analytics is added advantage
• Knowledge/certification of data virtualization is added advantage
• Conceptually good on Data cloud, Data Bricks, No SQL streaming analytics
