The Operations team is responsible for the oversight and completion of a variety of compliance back office operation functions performed both in the US and off-shore, including the analysis of information related to transactions impacting personal and firm independence and developing corrective action plans as required.



Job Requirements:

Knowledge Preferred:

Some knowledge of the compliance function in a professional services organization.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to:

  • Measure and report on the quality of work performed by off-shore process teams and report on the quality of that work to the senior associates.
  • Handle more complex aspects of operational functions.
  • Resolve issues raised by off-shore resources where non-standard interaction with engagement teams.
  • Address issues raised by business transactions impacting personal and firm independence.
  • Assist in the identification and development of standardized procedures where appropriate.
  • Participate in rotational assignments to broaden knowledge and skill base to facilitate process improvement.
  • Required Tech skills:

  • Sr Automation Test Engineer who can do manual testing (8 yrs exp.)
  • Experience leading test teams; especially automation teams
  • Automation:
  • Selenium C# (Selenium Java or Javascript can be an additional skill set)
  • API automation exp.
  • UI automation exp.
  • Manual or exploratory testing
  • UX testing compatibility/useability testing
  • Ability to perform system integration testing
  • Able to demonstrate experience they worked on projects using Agile practices and events
  • Hands on experience using Azure DevOps (VSTS) for test management Experience setting up and using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Back-end testing experience:
  • UI to Database validations;
  • API to Database validations.
  • Validate server logs
  • Experience testing applications written in Java, C#, .Net, Angular and Node.js
  • Database testing experience:
  • SQL Server or Oracle;
  • Mongo or Cosmos DB (preferred)
  • Hands on experience using Postman or SoapUI for web service testing
  • Leadership Qualities:
  • Ability to drive testing best practices within a Scrum team
  • Has the ability to coach developers on test practices and how to use the automation test framework
  • Able to remain hands on and add value to the team in addition to performing leadership tasks/activities
  • Able to create dashboards in Azure DevOps and track quality metrics to report to stakeholders as needed
  • Ability to coordinate testing across teams to drive integration and end-to-end testing efforts
  • Knows when to escalate issues to management and when to handle within the team
  • Preferred Tech skills:

  • Experience using the Google suite of tools for collaboration
  • Hands on experience using Sauce Labs for parallel cross browser and cross OS testing
  • Experience using Headspin for manual and/or automated mobile testing
  • Testing in cloud environments: Azure, Google, and/or AWS
  • Experience with accessibility testing
  • Soft skills:

  • Strong active listening
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Strong teaming skills to collaborate with team members / business sponsors
  • Self-motivated, having a positive attitude, and initiative to work well and complete tasks without supervision
  • Strong critical thinking skills (ability to discriminate between useful and less useful details)
  • Possess keen attention to details Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and techniques
