In addition, demonstrates familiarity with CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding, the UB-04 claim form, as well as medical terminology Preferred qualifications for this position include: 3 years Collections experience and medical terminology 1 year Healthcare business office experience or related field Quantitative skills: Ability to calculate expected reimbursement based on contract rates or fee schedules Familiarity with the 835 transaction code set Bilingual English/Spanish About the department you will serve.
