This position serves as primary liaison between sales personnel, customers, procurement, distribution, transportation, and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions. Ensures customer orders are processed, shipped, and invoiced. Demands critical thinking abilities to facilitate resolution to both short term and long term service issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides support tasks, including efficient, accurate order processing & fulfillment of an assigned account base and acts as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, and internal departments.

• Effectively market multiple services offerings and digital capabilities based on client-specific business priorities, co-create multiyear roadmap to transform and digitally uplift client’s organization.

• Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD

• Prioritize and consolidate LTL shipments into truckloads or ‘ship withs’ to increase truck optimization

• Monitor customer order and shipment queries continuously throughout the day. Ensure shipments are optimized

• Assist transportation planners in resolving issues and communicating to appropriate parties as necessary.

• Support customer with pool date coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution.

• Analyze existing order to ship processes for possible improvements

• Responsible for an additional level of complexity in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics

• Reviews established policies & procedures and recommend standard methodologies to provide high-level customer service, promoting excellent internal/external relations

• Respond to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting with management response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficient in PC skills
