Job Description

The Marketing Specialist, LATAM supports company-wide content marketing, public relations, email marketing and sales enablement strategies to attract and retain clients including:



- Collaborate with our content team to regionalize copy for promotional emails, nurture emails, sales emails, newsletters, etc for your market

- Translate and adapt marketing materials from English to Spanish

- Work closely with our Field Marketing Manager Spain to mutualize

content and best practices

- Plan and organize marketing campaigns and events leveraging various channels (emails, webinars, tradeshows, etc)

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

- Interface with sales organization to track, qualify, nurture, score and prioritize leads to deliver a steady and predictable growth in both number and quality.

- Own the end-to-end execution of an event, webinar, or tradeshow including post-event reporting.

- Provide feedback to senior management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers.

- Contribute, with the help of our digital team, to our overall SEO-strategy by creating fully optimized SEO Spanish content

- Provide reporting and analysis as related to marketing efforts and results versus KPI goals

- Support your directors strategy to meet all deadlines, KPIs, and projects

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience

Strong copywriting, editing and proofing skills

Experience using HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, or Salesforce (or similar tools)

Background in creating SEO strategy and fully optimized content

Experience creating content for social media, promotional emails, nurture emails, sales emails, newsletters, etc

Comfortable planning/organizing marketing campaigns and events leveraging various channels (emails, webinars, tradeshows, etc)

Go-getter personality with aspirations for growth and goal to move into management

Fluent in Spanish (written and oral) - being a native speaker is a big plus

Desired Skills

Experience working for a technology company, B2B SaaS big plus

Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable is a plus

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field

Marketing certifications

Familiar with Latin American culture
