About The Role

Under the general direction of the Manager, National Renewals Sales, the Cisco Renewals Representative is responsible for supporting field sales teams on Customer Support Renewals for the Cisco product line. The Cisco Renewals Representative will work with Account Executives and Inside Sales to determine client requirements and create accurate renewal quotes for clients. In addition, the Cisco Renewals Representative will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the Clients, Manufacturers, and Distributors. Must meet minimum Cisco requirements below.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customers with annual support renewals
  • Meet with the Account Team(s) and provide status updates on outstanding opportunities, upcoming renewals, etc., on a regular basis (cadence to be determined by each Team)
  • Maintain CRM (NetSuite) data for opportunities/forecasts, client information and maintain account lists
  • Build Accurate Quotes out of CCW-R
  • Manage and Quote Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions)
  • Manage and follow up with client requests
  • Accurately process client transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
  • Setup and maintain client files, credit limits and contacts
  • Create and run Cisco Ready Reports; understand and analyze the data to present to customer
  • Create and run reports in NetSuite; understand and analyze the data to present to management
  • Communicate constructively to management and team members on problems, ideas, policies and procedures
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Cisco products and solutions
  • Obtain Cisco training as time permits
Qualifications & Interests
  • High school diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of Cisco maintenance renewal experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills regarding client quotes, reports, manufacturer data
  • Excellent organization skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Proficiency in CCW-R, CCW & EAMP preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
  • Knowledge in Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions) preferred
  • Good understanding on Information Technologies is a plus
