Job Description Manage all aspects of equity plan administration by maintaining and reconciling equity program data with the stock plan administrator, uploading equity grants, running reports, and answering stock plan related inquiries from employees and Moody's finance, accounting, legal and audit teams.Manage RSU vesting and stock option exercise reporting, coordinating with local payroll and accounting teams to ensure proper taxation, reporting and expensing.Manage the equity income and tax apportionment program for globally mobile employees, including the relationship with Moody's tax advisor, E Consult with HRBPs and recruiters on LTI compensation matters and provide recommendations for promotion, sign-ons and buyout LTI awards.Liaise with Moody's legal and finance teams and external tax advisors with respect to regulatory filings and global tax and share plan compliance issuesWork with the Moody's legal team and outside advisory firms to review potential equity plan amendments requiring compensation committee and/or shareholder approval.Work with compliance team on annual SOX control testingWork with internal tech team and stock plan administrator Fidelity on system update and process automation.Monitor trends, best practices and regulatory developments impacting equity plans and keep senior management informed as necessaryPartner with various stakeholders to design compensation related communication materials for various programsAnswer employee questions and create training materials for service delivery team. QualificationsApproximately five years of experience in analytical positionBA or equivalent in numerate discipline preferred (i.e. accounting, finance, etc.) Strong working knowledge of equity compensation market practices and evolving regulatory requirementsStrong working knowledge of common types of annual and long-term incentive vehicles, stock accounting requirements, and SEC disclosuresExposure to international compensation including an appreciation for the complexity of managing a global populationStrong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop models to assess financial impactGood communication and organizational skills with the ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines.Expert with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience in financial services, banking, or compensation consulting preferred.Moody's is an equal opportunity employer.
