Job Description Critical Mission Solutions (CMS) has immediate openings for Senior Proposal Managers. Our Senior Proposal Managers develop and execute the full lifecycle of the CMS sales process to achieve key business objectives. This includes developing, maintaining, and advancing client relationships through sales strategies and client contracts. In this role, you will: Serve as proposal manager with responsibility for support of opportunity strategy development and implementation and proposal strategy and management for our most complex pursuits. Oversee and contribute to proposal preparation and submittal and perform post-award stewardship to ensure a successful transition to operations for execution. Oversee application of the company's Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process. Oversee the development of value propositions that enhance Jacobs' competitive position and achieve client objectives. Contribute to the development of written and graphical marketing and proposal matter. Contribute to the development of functional, regional, or global business development strategies. Evaluate key personnel for contract/task bids/proposals. Generate and foster positive client relationships. Recommend strategic hires, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures when appropriate in support of business development strategies. Implement quality, safety, and BeyondZero program to promote and incident- and injury-free culture. You may also: Be responsible for resource allocation, productivity, expense levels, and asset management. Provide leadership for other business development professionals and/or multi-disciplinary proposal teams. Qualifications A BS/BA degree in Business, Math or other related business or technical discipline; in lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted. A minimum of fourteen (14) years related experience in the sales environment, including proposal strategy and preparation. Ability to demonstrate capability in the use and application of the Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by prior supervisory experience. U.S. Citizenship. Ideal candidate will also have: Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Work may be required after hours and on weekends, and sometimes on short notice.
