Required Skillset:
- Mid/Senior level Salesforce Developer (4+ years)
- Goal is low code - we don't want a lot of code, want to be using Salesforce as much out of the box without making from scratch enhancements .
- Strong LWC experience
- API Integrations experience
- Good communication skills
- Apex experience
- Salesforce FLOW experience (automating complex business processes)
- Java- existing application is java-based, but this person will be looking at the solution in salesforce in Apex.
- Salesforce Certifications (platform certified developer, etc.)
- Call Center experience (this team supports call center applications)
- PBM or pharmacy/healthcare experience
Senior Salesforce Developers will be responsible for creating a new solutions as well as optimizing existing solutions for their onboarding/offboarding systems in salesforce. They will actively work to evolve user interface that has already been built. Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project. Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; sets specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans. Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services. Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
