Leader in the insurance industry, Affordable Health Group, is seeking an ambitious and talented Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing Specialist) to join our team.

 

  • Salary Compensation of 80,000 to 125,000 annually based on level and years of experience
  • Location: Full-time Remote opportunity Our HQ is 1509 North State Road 7, Suite A, Margate Fl 33063
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Job Type: W-2 Employee - Full-Time. Non-management role.

Digital Marketing Manager Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positively branding the organization, maintaining the website, managing our social channels, and helping to produce leads for our Sales Agents through marketing demand generation. Specifically, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage a Pay-per-click (PPC) campaign and SEO with the focus of generating leads for our sales agents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Outbound marketing: Generating more sales leads through paid advertising (PPC campaign) and other means needed to proactively target new potential consumers
  • Inbound marketing: Creating and distributing content that draws people to our websites, improving SEO metrics, and related responsibilities
  • Managing and updating Affordable Health Group's two websites
  • Managing the company's social media channels (Facebook company page, etc.)
  • Company branding and content creation across all digital presence
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and the buyers journey
  • Work closely with sales and other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
  • Report on lead generation and SEO progress to leadership


Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an applicable field of study preferred
  • MUST have expert experience in managing Google Ads (Google Adwords) and Google Analytics campaigns for a B2C (business to consumer) organization
  • 2+ years experience in business digital marketing
  • 1+ years experience building and optimizing sales lead generation digital marketing campaigns
  • Must know Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing, SEO/SEM, and Paid Social/Social Media Marketing Strategy
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and controlling advertising costs accordingly
  • Must have experience building and maintaining a business website
  • Experience with professional web content creation
  • Reporting and analyzing digital marketing campaigns for effectiveness
  • Some knowledge of Medicare or related insurance opportunities a plus
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through your lead generation activities
