Role Snapshot

As our Enterprise Applications Manager, you will lead the management and optimization of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its scalability and security, while also overseeing SharePoint platform management. Your team would include 6 application analysts and developers.You will play a critical role in continuing to develop high-performing agile teams, enhancing overall user experience, and driving platform improvements that support our organization's future needs.

  • Lead the design and overall structure of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment between business requirements/objectives and scalability for future needs.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to teams in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and a supportive work environment.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of major projects across various ServiceNow modules, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain platform governance standards, best practices, and policies to satisfy specific business & compliance-based needs.
  • Manage the SharePoint platform team to support content management and contribute to the content delivery and security strategies.
  • Develop and regularly report on team metrics, environment health, project status updates to multiple levels of stakeholders (management level to C suite).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation, with expertise in multiple modules, including SAM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM (Demands and Projects), Vulnerability, and GRC.
Salary Range

$125,000 ~ $155,000The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and may fall outside of this range.
