Position : Workday Implementation Lead
Location: Columbus, OH (Remote to start)
Position Type : 06 months contract
Start date : ASAP
Rate : DOE

US Citizen, Green Cards, GC-EAD, TN VISA and H4 accepted.

Description
  • 10+ years' experience with 5 years large project deployments.
  • Experience with Workday Preferred.
  • Experience leading Deployment/Cutover activities for an ERP systems implementation.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management Applications Preferred.
  • Must have excellent leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with leaders and key stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Ability to direct resource activities in an onshore/offshore model.
  • Strong Business Process Analysis and Mapping skills.
  • Experience in the indirect management of team members including assisting in the deployment, training and assignment of work/project's to other members of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus.
