Description
10+ years' experience with 5 years large project deployments.
Experience with Workday Preferred.
Experience leading Deployment/Cutover activities for an ERP systems implementation.
Experience with Human Capital Management Applications Preferred.
Must have excellent leadership skills.
Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with leaders and key stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Ability to direct resource activities in an onshore/offshore model.
Strong Business Process Analysis and Mapping skills.
Experience in the indirect management of team members including assisting in the deployment, training and assignment of work/project's to other members of a team.
Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus.
