As a Provider Services Advocate you will be responding by telephone to the Dr. Offices and Hospitals, who are currently authorized to work with Medicare Part A and B patients.

  • This is a full time remote position

  • It comes with approximately 4 to 6 weeks of fully paid virtual training (4 to 6 weeks shared virtual classroom and 3 weeks with a mentor/SME) The training hours will be between M-F 8:00 am – 4 pm, EST
  • Training is critical
  • Working hours after the training are: M-F 10AM - 6PM EST with one 30 minutes and one 15 minutes break/scheduled breaks
  • 500.00 BONUS at 6, 12, and 18 months
  • Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 year related work experience
    • This includes experience in call center, customer focus, or claims experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Outlook
    • Demonstrated Internet research skills
    • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
    • Good listening and strong verbal communication skills

    The Federal Government and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) require all employees of federal contractors to provide documentation of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless legally entitled to a medical or religious accommodation. They may further require applicants to have lived in the United States for a minimum of three (3) out of the last five (5) years to be employed with the Company. These years of residence do not have to be consecutive.
