SWORD Health is looking for a Sr Manager of Growth Marketing to help increase awareness and utilization of SWORD. In this role you will be at the center of SWORD’s mission to deliver the world’s most advanced musculoskeletal care to millions of people using technology. You’ll work with the Member Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive growth by optimizing our acquisition strategy using social media, email, direct mail, and ads in an effort to maximize the performance of our funnel. 

The ideal fit is an experienced B2C marketing expert with exceptional experience in growth marketing, especially in social media, email, direct mail, and landing page optimization who wants to use these talents to deliver better health care to those who need it most.

What you'll do:

  • Drive member enrollment by building a world-class and innovative B2C acquisition machine
  • Develop, execute, and optimize creative marketing campaigns that showcase SWORD Health’s unique technology and therapy
  • Implement new and optimize existing acquisition channels including email, direct mail, digital marketing, and landing pages
  • Set up and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify best performing content
  • Leverage technology/tools to measure performance and socialize quantifiable/qualitative insights to the team and organization
  • Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives
  • About you:

  • 5+ years in a B2C growth or acquisition marketing role in technology; digital healthcare and/or B2B2C experience is a plus (but not required)
  • B2C growth marketer, an expert in leveraging one or more B2C acquisition channels including email, social media, direct mail, and landing pages
  • Track record of success at building highly effective B2C marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong analytical ability and experience tracking attribution and performance
  • Growth-oriented, creative, and first principles thinker
  • Passionate about bringing world-class healthcare to those who need it
  • No ego, highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and confident
