The team is composed of document specialists, presentation specialists, and editors who work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment from multiple locations via an online workflow system.We're looking for a full-time, remote document/word processing specialist with a passion for perfection whose primary responsibility will be to format various types of client and internal documents, graphics, spreadsheets, and presentations according to in-house style guides and processes. Although working remotely, candidates must live in a PT time zone state.This shift is for Sunday through Thursday, 1 to 10 p.m., PT. Your responsibilities may include: Format various types of documents, such as letters, outlines, proposals, spreadsheets, and presentations, according to precise in-house style guides using all Microsoft Office applications.Integrate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio content into a single file.Organize Word documents into sections with multiple headers and footers.Create client-ready PDF files using Adobe Acrobat.Use our proprietary SharePoint-based workflow system for all stages of job completion.Review your own work to ensure all formatting, processes, and instructions are completed correctly.Meet high expectations for volume, accuracy, and on-time completion.Regularly participate in production team discussions and meetings.Requirements: Proximity to the Seattle area in order to attend occasional in-office meetings and events preferredAt least two years of experience formatting documents according to strict in-house style guidelinesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPointA working knowledge of Visio and/or Adobe Acrobat a plusA meticulous work approach and an eye for detailAbility to learn new material quickly and adapt to changeAbility to work well independently and in a team environmentAbility to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlinesGood verbal and written communication skillsSome experience working remotely preferredPosition TypeFull Time/Non ExemptPosition LocationRemote - West Coast ECG is a strategic consulting firm that is leading healthcare forward using knowledge and expertise built over the course of nearly five decades to help clients see clearly where the industry is going and navigate toward success.
