Should you be selected for an interview, your recruiter will provide additional information.Job Summary:The Business Unit Risk & Controls Support Specialist is a supporting role to a team of risk officers who are mitigating business line risk and curing audit, compliance, and regulatory findings and conducting monitoring programs related to fiduciary asset management products and services.Management or Supervision: NoMajor Responsibilities:• Provides support with the execution and delivery of risk monitoring programs • Provides support with issue remediation, including compiling exhibits evidencing remediation • Works collaboratively with risk officers and line of business staff to update/create procedures and enhance controls • Assists with analysis and assessments for assigned processes • Research unusual activity and exception items • Provide project management support for risk related projectsQualificationsQualifications:BA or BS Degree preferred or 3 years' experience with a financial institution.Awareness of control and risk management principlesGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic process management and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a dynamic environment that is deadline oriented, capable of multitaskingAbility to interact with team membersWell organized with good attention to detail, solutions orientedGood PC skills: MS Word and ExcelThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
